As the inventory continues to lessen and the buyers are increasing, we are feeling a little more increase in sales. The current buyers are still looking for deals and getting them, but you can see some sales happening closer to the listing price. In just over a month, thousands of residents from across the Lowcountry and beyond will join together for one of Charleston’s most popular and successful fundraising events, right here on Daniel Island. The Susan G. Komen Lowcountry Race for the Cure takes place on Saturday, October 17 starting at the Family Circle Tennis Center, and you’re invited to join in the fun!
More than just a race, this 5K run and walk through Daniel Island’s neighborhoods and downtown is a celebration, honoring survivors of breast cancer and providing hope for a cure. Each year, hundreds of thousands of dollars are raised by participants to support the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission of eradicating breast cancer through research, education, screening and treatment.
Help be a part of the solution by organizing or joining a team to raise money for this important cause. It’s a fun way to participate in this spirited event.
