Good Morning! What a nice weekend in the mountains! Dan and I had a great time hiking in NC for a few days and found some muscles that have been dormant for a while! I returned on Sunday to the office for a full day. I had planned to keep this blog up daily and so periodically I may miss a day here and there, but that is because business is really picking up. I have not been actually sitting at my desk because there is a lot of activity right now. As I have mentioned in the past, the market does seem to be picking up. Currently my local clients have found a few homes that may very well work for them. With the opportunities to find a deal on a purchase, more buyers are coming out again. At this time I am working with 5 different buyers in various price ranges, but all are looking for a deal and have time to find that deal. They don't have to buy now and they don't have to sell a home and still have a fair amount of inventory to choose from at this time. The ball is still in the buyer's court. If you are a homeowner, I know it's sometimes frustrating to get your home ready for a showing that may only take the buyer 15 minutes or even less sometimes to walk through your home, but the buyers that are looking, are prepared to buy. Less tire kickers out there and definite buyers. So be patient with the market if you are selling and if you are buying, find that deal and go for it because this is definitely a temporary market!
